Refund Policy
BlueCrown Vacations values customer satisfaction and transparency.
All vacation packages purchased through BlueCrown Vacations are subject to the following refund terms:
30-Day Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their vacation package within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase or receipt of the Vacation Certificate, whichever occurs later, and receive a full refund.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day cancellation period:
All purchases become non-refundable.
Packages may remain valid for future travel credit subject to supplier approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original form of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated:

  • Reservation fees

  • Resort fees

  • Government taxes

  • Upgrades

  • Third-party charges
